Arcadia School places student and community wellbeing as our number one priority, it is the platform from which our success is built. As a school, we have developed a culture that is responsive to the needs of our students, which we are excited to enhance further by embedding Komodo into our practice. The platform provides our staff with a high-quality combination of individual and collective wellbeing data, gathered systematically to be used to inform proactive interventions. Komodo also enhances our student voice, providing our pupils with an opportunity to report on their wellbeing in a constructive, accessible way.
